Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Glimp ("the Service"), operated by JDB Infotech Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Glimp is an AI-powered co-pilot that provides real-time assistance during sales calls, presentations, meetings, and interview practice sessions. The Service includes a desktop application and a web platform at goglimp.com.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You must NOT use Glimp during:

• Actual job interviews or hiring assessments
• Real examinations, tests, or academic evaluations
• Any evaluative or assessment scenario where using AI assistance would constitute cheating, fraud, or deception

We explicitly do not endorse, support, or condone the use of Glimp in any real interview, examination, or assessment. Any such use is entirely at the user's own risk and responsibility. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for how you use the Service. JDB Infotech Pvt. Ltd. bears no liability for any consequences arising from misuse of the Service in prohibited contexts.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

5.1 Plans

Glimp offers a Free plan with limited features and a Pro plan with full access. Pro plan pricing is displayed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

5.2 Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment partner. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan.

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by JDB Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent
• Create derivative works based on the Service
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any real job interview, hiring assessment, examination, or evaluative scenario as outlined in Section 3
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account
• Attempt to circumvent any security features or usage limitations
• Use the Service to develop competing products or services
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the Service
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code through the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The AI-generated feedback, suggestions, or analysis will be accurate, complete, or reliable
• Using the Service for practice will guarantee any particular outcome in real scenarios
• The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations

Any reliance on AI-generated content is at your own risk. The Service is a practice tool and should not be treated as professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GLIMP TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any actions taken based on AI-generated content or suggestions
• Consequences of using the Service in any real interview, assessment, or evaluative scenario
• Any other matter relating to the Service

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JDB Infotech Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Service in any unauthorized context, including real interviews or assessments
• Any content you submit through the Service
• Your violation of any rights of any third party

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms, particularly the Permitted Use policy (Section 3)
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Abusive behavior toward our team or other users

Upon termination for violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JDB Infotech Pvt. Ltd. regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
